How can I register a return?
If you wish to return (part of) your order, you can do so within 30 days after placing the order. You can register your return via the return page.
Which carriers can I use to return my order?
After registering your return, you will receive a return label. The carrier differs per country. Below you can see which carrier is used per country.

- Luxembourg: DPD
- Sweden: DPD
Can I return or exchange my order at a Shimano dealer?
It is not possible to return or exchange your order at a Shimano dealer. You can only register your return by clicking here.
What are the return costs?
You pay € 2.95 per return registration for returning items.
What are the return conditions?
You can register your return within 30 days via the return form. Once your return has been processed correctly, the paid amount will be refunded to the account used to place the order. The product must be returned in its original condition, including packaging.
How long does it take before I receive my refund?
Once your return has been processed, you will be notified. It then takes approximately 3 working days for the amount to be refunded to the account used to place the order.
What is the status of my return?
Your return request will be processed as soon as possible. However, it may take some time before your return is received at the warehouse. You can find the current status of your return in your account.
