What are the delivery costs?

Orders from € 30 are delivered free of charge. If the total amount of your order is lower than € 30, we charge € 3.95 in delivery costs.

 

Which delivery methods can I choose?

You can choose from the following delivery methods:

  • Home delivery
  • Pick up at a pickup point of the delivery service
  • Pick up at a Shimano dealer

 

Which delivery service will deliver my order?

The delivery service differs per country. Below you can see which delivery service is used per country.

  • Netherlands: DHL
  • Belgium: Bpost
  • Sweden: PostNord

 

How does pickup at a Shimano dealer work?

You can choose to pick up your order at specially selected Shimano dealers. On the information page, the first page after the shopping cart, select the option ‘Pick up at a Shimano dealer’. Based on your address details, Shimano dealers near you will be shown. After completing the payment and receiving the order confirmation, your order will be prepared for shipment. You will receive a track & trace message from the carrier to follow your package. In addition, you will receive a message once your order is ready for pickup at the selected location.

 

What is the delivery time of my order?

If you place an order on working days before 21:00, the order will be delivered the next day, excluding public holidays.

How can I track my order?

You can find the status of your order and the track & trace information in your account.

 

I have not received my order yet, what should I do?

Have you not received your order after 3 working days? Check the status of your order in your account. Contact our customer service if the order has not yet been shipped.

 

What should I do if I received my order damaged?

If one or more products are delivered damaged, we advise you to take photos of the damage. Make sure the complete product is clearly visible in the photos. Then send these photos together with your order number to our customer service.
