How can I register a return?

If you want to return (part of) your order, you can do so within 30 days after you placed the order. You have the option to exchange the product for the same product but in a different size. Would you rather have your money back? Then choose the option to have the money refunded.

There are no costs associated with returning orders that meet the return conditions below.

What are the return conditions?

You can register your return within 30 days via the return form . You also have the choice to exchange the product for free or to have the money refunded. The product must then be returned in its original condition including packaging.

How long does it take before I get my money back?

You will receive a message about this when your return has been processed. It then takes approximately 3 working days for the money to be refunded to the account with which the order was placed.

What is the status of my return?

If you have received your order damaged, you can exchange the product by using the return form . At the return reason you can select the option 'Received damaged'.

When will I receive a new product if I want to exchange it?

As soon as the return request has been approved and you have opted for exchange, the new product will be sent. You will receive this confirmation by email and then receive a shipping confirmation as soon as the order is on its way.
