How does picking up at a Shimano dealer works?

You can choose to pick up your order with specially selected Shimano dealers. For this, choose 'Pick up at a Shimano dealer' at the first step in the cash register. When you have completed the payment and have received the order confirmation, the order will be prepared for shipment. You will receive a message as soon as your order is ready at the location you have chosen.

I haven't received my order yet, what should I do?

Have you not yet received your order after 3 working days? Then check the status of your order in your account. Contact our customer service if the order has not yet been sent.


What should I do if I have received my order damaged?

When you have received your order damaged, you can exchange the product by using it return form. With the returned you can select the option 'receive damaged'.
